But I think more than anything what they need and what these players they're trying to do is kind of get that cohesion, develop those relationships, something that they haven't had and haven't really been able to have because they've had so many players that they've been trying to rotate, players they've been signing and selling. matched

When you bring in so many young players, there's also kind of the physical jump that has to be be made, right, in terms of the robustness, the demands that going from either other leagues in Europe or especially academy football does a generally a really good job of preparing players, especially technically for the demands, but the physical demands of the sprinting, the intensity, they're so much greater and you just can't matched

Kind of there's not really a way to coach that because you're talking about players who are really gifted technically. matched

You can't rush someone through, you know, physical development that can't just be accelerated. matched

I think Chelsea have had that, you know, Lim's Lap was a classic one, kind of injuries, problems that players pick up because you're trying to get them to do things that maybe it needs to be not like phased in but build up over a period of time. matched

You look at someone like Wellbeck now, actually, who seemingly benefited from injuries throughout his twenties because he wasn't so overworked. matched

By the time you know he's got to this this point in his career, and you compare that to Enzo Fernandez, who is playing you know, kind of four or five thousand minutes a a season. matched

That's a lot of football when you factor in kind of Club World Cup and and stuff like that. matched
