My question is for as a council member, when I speak in my official capacity as a council member, I don't always represent the majority of the council.

I represent myself, but still in my official capacity.

So I do wonder if

Why are we not, even in official capacity, why are we forcing everyone to represent only the majority?

I think it's not a matter of whether they are in their official capacity or not.

If they are saying I'm representing the commission, of course, they should represent the majority.

But if they are representing themselves as planning commissioner, they of course can represent a minority point of view.

I think that's what I would appreciate from the advisory bodies.

I would like to know both the majority and minority view on why they support or not support something that help inform the council for our decision.

So that's why I think whether it's official capacity or not, I think they should speak their mind.

ALLOW MAYBE EACH COMMISSION TO ADOPT AN ANNUAL SCHEDULE OF THAT INCLUDES X NUMBER OF REGULAR MEETINGS AND THEN SO THAT THE COMMISSIONERS CAN MEET IN THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR AND THEY KNOW THE SCHEDULE AHEAD OF TIME THESE ARE THE REGULAR MEETINGS EVEN IF THEY SO THAT

even if they have they don't always be the exact schedule that's identified in the muni code but they adopt a schedule then that adopted schedule is what we are using for the 25 requirement um that way we won't have the situation where
