And we haven't done that for many years, so this is the first year we have done that. podcast-host

And uh I know the member of the public would like to pose some consent agenda items and I would like to make it clear podcast-host

Any item whether it's on the consent agenda or not fully satisfy Brown Act requirements when it's on the council agenda, is the public has the opportunity to comment and council takes action in open public meeting. podcast-host

And uh if your comments is regarding how we should budget um create city budget, that does not belong to the comment on the annual financial report. podcast-host
