I know a lot of authors, their debut has been with them for like a decade, which is the case for me.
I started writing it when I was about 18 or 19 and I was in a university lecture.

But, you know, I wasn't setting out to write.
I didn't think I'm going to write a novel to get published.
I was just writing all the time back then and just writing all sorts of stories and all sorts of characters.
And I had
these two people and they didn't even have names yet.
They were just desperately in love with each other and it just wasn't working for whatever reason.
