There were two attacks today on paramedics. The first was like at least 12 were killed. And earlier in the week there was also another attack on paramedics where two people were killed. And apparently in the second attack the number of paramedics have risen to reach this number. And this is happening as Israeli airstrikes continue to ponder on the city here in Beirut or in the south.

The officer tells me they have already arrested some of the perpetrators. This is Al-Qusur neighborhood in the heart of Banias where most of the killing took place. People talk about a bloodbath against the Alawite. It is deserted and those who stayed behind are too scared to speak their mind. The fear is the country is entering an endless cycle of revenge.
