Now, there's lots and lots of different elements to even just that receivable task.

So it's understanding what you're getting from who.

So there's some wastes we can't and don't want to receive.

So there's that whole screening it.

There's weighing it as it comes through before we place it.

And then the placement activity, that occurs just on a daily basis between 8.30 and 5.30.

But what's involved before and after that is we need to cover the waste at the end of the night.

So when the operators arrive in the morning, they need to uncover the waste so that they can then receive it the next day.

In any given day, there could be rubbish trucks like you'd have collect your red bin at home.

So we get lots of those, of course.

But there'll also be lots of commercial types of waste.

So falmungery waste or egg waste or hazardous waste of different kinds.

So all of those different types of waste streams need to be coordinated, if you like.

So I describe the landfill activity.

That's just the placement of the waste.

As the waste moves from one area to the other, we need to have the next area that we're receiving the waste into prepared so that the leachate from the waste, which is toxic, is collected and dealt with.

So we need to have areas prepared ahead of time to receive that waste.

And then after the waste's been placed in that area and that area is full, we then need to go back and connect up all the landfill gas infrastructure behind it.

So the way I describe the landfill operation is it's almost like a team sport or it's like a musical or a team sport.

It's either a dance or a game where there's a whole bunch of different roles at different times that the operators and the landfill staff play.
