We're on the same page on a lot of different things.
But, you know, we keep talking about the patient experience, which, of course, is very important.
But the patients are not going to have the best experience unless your employees are having the best experience.
And pulling those employees in to help be part, you know, when we brought Subflow in, you know, we started using it for our total joint program.
We had the right people there.
We were working closely.
And I have to give Subflow some major kudos here because they were such a pleasure.
You can tell that they're people are first that work there because they were such a pleasure, reactive, engaged.
How can we fix that?
Let's fix it.
It wasn't a six month decision yet.

So we got it rolled in pretty smoothly and because our, and our employees were excited about it.
They were looking for this tool.
