So once they became excited about it and then it gets passed on to the patients.
So when we rolled it out for our total joint program, it was hugely successful because we put the time in for both of them.
So yes, a matter of, you know, I, I have actually changed in my mission statements and,
Now, wherever I go, if I'm helping write a mission statement, I actually took patient first out because I believe that it's people first.
And that means your employees.
That means your vendors.
That means everybody.
If everybody can get along well, then the patients and the physicians, they just win the whole way, the whole way around for sure.
So yes, technology is going to make us more efficient.
I believe it's going to make my, our employees happier and,
And happy employees make happy administrators.
So that's a very good thing.
