So hopefully they come back down for people, yeah.
We have two kids that eventually will need to buy houses and I just don't see with the current rates like how that's ever going to happen.
We used a VA home loan, so that makes it a little bit easier as far as that goes.
And at the time, we got our mortgage in 2020.
We just lucked out and sold our house that first year of COVID when housing went up and rates went down.
So we were able to sell for a high and buy another house.
Hopefully they come back down for people, yeah.
And so for us, it was all about having a good, efficient person.
It didn't matter to us what bank it was through.
