That's where I get held up because of the way we do our things at Pearl Street.
It's not necessarily because there's something wrong with the system.
It's just that I need verification before I can make any changes or recommend something to be changed.
If I'm going to go from one vendor to another and to show them, look, I can save you more money if we do this, then that's where I get held up.
But other than that, it runs pretty smoothly for us.

So we have, of course, we have agreements with manufacturers.
We stay in contact with them.
We involve them in our family gathering that we do yearly.
They come out, they present.
We have relationships like with Ivoclar, 3M, Garrison.
They come and introduce their products to the majority of our offices and
And we encourage growth with these manufacturers also.
And we always have them in contact with the supplier and the Dentera platform to make sure that our pricing is live, that everything is updated properly.
But we, just like Tim said, you know, when I have an issue, I'm able to get on the phone right away and call Jane from Dental City and she helps me right away.
Same thing with my other two preferred vendors.
So I agree with Tim.
Again, we have a huge SKU count where, you know, there's a lot more that we offer than what they do.
