We live in a nineteen twenty three farmhouse in Tennessee and are dealing with some mold issues. podcast-host

I can tell you that people are mold is something you hear about a lot more today. podcast-host

That's not something I worried about at all at my first house. podcast-host

But then we did have an issue in our second house. podcast-host

So I know a lot of times people will have symptoms. podcast-host

We just had a a my cousin was over. podcast-host

I forget why I had him up there in the attic, but he's a home inspector. podcast-host

He saw our attic and he's like, You've got to do something about this because it wasn't properly ventilated. podcast-host

Of course, when we sold, we disclosed all of that, but we had it remediated. podcast-host

This was very early on when we bought our house. podcast-host

So we lived, you know, there five years after it was remediated, never had an issue again because we put in the proper ventilation and we had it remediated. podcast-host

So it really wasn't an issue because it was isolated to the attic. podcast-host

I mean, it wasn't cheap by any stretch to ha c have a mold company come in, fix it, and then put in the proper ventilation in the attic. podcast-host

It wasn't a cheap process, but it was taken care of properly. podcast-host
