I take it as a wonderful compliment, but you can see how that could potentially trap me in the future to never leave that position because I've got amazing women like you giving me compliments that I'm president of a company that maybe you admire.
So be careful of what you identify, whether that's in a title, right?
Whether it's just a job description.
So right now, my job description technically is I'm president of impact theory.
I love that.
But I want to make sure every quarter I go back to Lisa, do you still want to be the president of impact theory?
Because the identity I know too well will keep me trapped.
Yeah, because now you're dependent on other people.
You're dependent on how they feel, what their mood is, what they're going through, what their hormones are, what's happened in their life.
And the validation of being in front of amazing women like yourself, where you're like, oh my God,
