you know, in that framework if you want to.
But like to me, like I don't tell that story so that you can be like wowed by my credentials.
I tell that story because like I was that girl who like lived in what we jokingly refer to as a culture of misery.
Like it was a culture of misery and you kind of were just like signed on to this club of like being miserable with everyone else because that was your people.
You know, it's funny because when I look back, like I think getting out was really, really ballsy.
But at the same time,
Like, I wonder how it, but I also wonder, like, how it took me so long.
You know, now it seems like it was an easy answer to get out.
But, like, I used to be that person who felt trapped.
And I'll always tell, like, that beginning of my story because I think so many of the people who connect with me connect because they're still in that place, like, in that part of the journey of feeling trapped and trapped.
Life is too short to be signed on to something that everybody jokingly refers to as a culture of misery.
You don't owe your misery to anybody.
You really don't.
No community demands that of you.
You deserve your place in it.
So, and, you know, you laugh and I laugh too.
Like, I literally do say, like, if this isn't what you're here for, like, feel free to skip ahead to the logistical guide because, you know, nobody needs to read my story if they don't want to.
But, you know, like you said, so much of the through line of everything that I do is storytelling.
