I heard someone talking to you today on Instagram.

I don't think they are.

I think a lot of women are insecure.

And as I said when I did your workout and I'm feeling insecure and shitty today, you kind of have – you sort of – we ruminate thoughts in our head.

But really, people can be bitches, not women.

I know.

And girls and daughters and sons.

I mean, my sons are so bloody annoying.

No, I know.

I'm like, give me four girls.

But, you know, I think it's personality and I think it's insecurities and I think it's like –

the women chat a lot more.

So you might say something that someone's told you, but you didn't really mean to say it, but then you look like you talk behind someone's back, but that's because you're so vocal with your chat.

And we try and empathize.

So someone might be talking to me about someone, sorry, I know I'm cutting you off.

But, like, for instance, I even thought about this last night.

Someone was talking to me about somebody, and I agreed with that person.

And then I thought, that's not right.

I shouldn't have agreed with that.
