Often we might work out because of our mood, you and I, but working out or exercising is pretty ingrained in us.
It's not that we love to do it all the time.
But I wrote here, tell yourself, I am a regular exerciser and follow that statement up with action.
and especially just flipping that from what you would otherwise be saying like that's the powerful part I think it's like because otherwise you're saying oh no I never work out and you're saying that in your head all the time like that's never going to get you working out how hard is it the way like when you hear your kids as well like Carlos with this rep rugby I probably won't make it I'm like well
