I said, can you imagine if I wrote that?

Like, you're getting all of this, like, yes, go for it.

And all of that kind of stuff, like, good on you, mate.

And he said, you'd get the same as me.

And I was like, are you kidding?

So I copied and pasted it word for word for me and got a barrage of hate about how awful it was that I was so show-offy and all of the usual things.

And it was a complete proof that...

It is just because I'm a woman talking about money.

And how it is changing is that.

more women are getting to the top, more women are being successful.

And what that does is it means that more women want to see that.

So even in the short time I've been online, like eight years ago, if I was talking about success online and those kinds of things, I'd get shot down quite a lot by men and women.

You see that less now.

So if I talk about success online or if I say I've done this amazing thing and I can't believe it's happened, you'll get more women cheering you on than you used to eight years ago.

Because I think women are coming around to the fact that actually just because someone else has done something well, it doesn't dim your light.

It doesn't mean you're not going to get that.

And in fact, it means we can all pull each other up to get there.

And more women are seeing that.

But it also depends on the circles.

you're in I'm in a lot of circles where women empowerment is a huge thing and so nobody's going to really put down women um but then sometimes online out of those circles I see a very different side to things and it's definitely made me I'm really visible but I wouldn't say that I'm big on social media like I don't do much on social media my team does yeah
