It used to.
I've got to a place where I realise it's not because I understand, A, that I'm just the CEO of a business.
It's not really about me.
And B, that...
It's projection.
Whatever is going on in their lives is going to make them see things through their lens.
And so if they're negative towards me, it's because of what's happening with them.
And it's not really anything to do with me, which sounds weird.
But when someone says, oh.
you might have made XX amount of money, but it didn't buy your style or, but look at that face or whatever that no longer does a job to me.
It literally just washes straight over my head because I can see the pain in them.
And I can see that.
they're suffering right now.
And the only way to make them feel a tiny dopamine hit in that second is to put me down so that I feel as bad as them.
And so I allow them to believe that it has because that might make them feel better for a second.
Yeah.
And to be fair, some of the magazines do twist things a bit.
We all know they do and we have to be prepared for it.
And it was in the Daily Mail or The Sun.
I can't remember which one.
