And what you're doing is you're changing things and you're trying new things and sometimes they're gonna work right away and sometimes they're gonna take another chance.
But it's definitely a process.
I would say I'm still eleven years later working on that process.
Um, I've done a lot of good things since then that I can, you know, feel good about but
I'm still working through that process.
So it's it's not in any means easy.
It's not by any means, you know, a sudden thing.
It's it's over time.
It's through perseverance and resilience.
But it's also
You know, it can be a really good thing, and there's strength all along the way.
that you have to be able to take that next step, whichever next step that you know, you want to take.
You have the strength a lot of times because of everything that you've been through.
to be able to take that next strength.
And you might even have different types of support as well.
You never know what's gonna happen along the way.
