Thank you so much for having me.

The pageant helped tremendously, but I did have my endeavors already started right as I got into the pageant world.

The cupcakes were started actually two years prior to me even winning Miss Las Vegas.

So I'd already had a bit of a start, but no question, the pageant kind of helped catapult my other companies into the public eye.

And it just really, really got our businesses out there.

Right now, the real estate, we just sold 7 million in inventory in the last 11 months.

So right now, you know, the Las Vegas market is back.

We were hit hard in the recession.

Prices bottomed out around 2012.

And now everywhere you look, there is new construction.

People are moving to Nevada from Silicon Valley, from New York, from everywhere.

They're coming to Las Vegas and building their businesses here.

So it's wonderful for the housing market.

So I own a real estate company along with my partner, Devin Chase.

And then we have a partnership agreement with the local Sotheby's international realty franchise.

Correct.

The commission's off the sales, and then we also do advising for our clients.

So we have clients that purchase and sell residential, and then we also have clients that purchase and sell commercial.
