And one of the things I loved about her was she would challenge me and she would

give me critiques of the magazine.

And she didn't hold back.

She never pulled her punches.

And it was interesting, amongst the rest of the staff, this really sort of bolshie, opinionated, gorgeous young woman was kind of coming in and had my ear.

And, you know, as I said at her farewell quite a few years later, as she was very quickly

rising through the ranks.

I said, the thing I love about Mia is she's like this adorable Labrador puppy dog.

Everyone falls in love with her when they get used to her rhythms, but every so often she wheezes on the carpet.

And she still quotes that to this day because it's the perfect summation because she always leaves a mark.

Everywhere Mia goes, people remember her.

So I had this great team around me.

We took it to the number one selling women's lifestyle magazine per capita in the world.

And I thought,

I've had my first child.

He's happy and healthy.
