And as you bring your awareness now into your breath,
Start to bring your awareness up to the top of your head and then just above your head where the crown chakra is slowly opening and you may feel a presence and just ask your guides
the higher self, the angels, whoever you trust, whoever you welcome, just to come forward.
And they come as whispers.
But just allow them to come in and breathe.
And as you feel their presence slowly, just say welcome and invite them in.
And see the next word that comes out.
and trust you don't need to do anything with the information just hold it within and as you go throughout your day just always come back to this moment knowing that your guides will always be there
