And I don't know that that's possible.
Yeah, go.
So one of the things that Teresa does really well, it's one of the things that's come out of our collaboration, is she will come into the centre and she will say, this child's due to start school.
Who are they friendly with?
What sort of teacher do they need?
What can we have in place?
And we have...
many times delayed a child's start so that they can start at the right time for the child.
If you put the child at the heart of everything you do, you can't get it wrong.
And Willow Park, and Teresa in particular, who's developed a lot of this, said,
have the child at the heart and are happy to say, no, we will hold off until they're ready.
We will hold off until they come with their peers.
We will hold off until we've got the right teacher in place.
Yeah, so I can only talk on my centre.
And we work really closely with Willow Park School and have looked at what structured literacy can look like for ECE and have done quite a bit of work with Teresa and a lady called Bethany Donnell, who is a structured literacy consultant.
And so we have taken that structured literacy and taken maybe the structured word out of it
and have brought it into our play-based curriculum.
And that can look like things like when you're playing outside with a child and they're playing in the sandpit and we're talking about, oh, look, we're building a bridge.
I can hear a bee sound at the beginning of the word bridge.
What else is in the sandpit that's got that sound?
