And we're trying to, like, encourage just not resting on your laurels and kind of going, I know this, or we've done that before, or, well, they did that in the 70s.
You know, like, just keeping on learning.

genuinely interested in the staff meeting, not like nodding off to sleep, you know, or doing their own learning outside of school.
Yeah, and I think it depends on, you know, what's inspiring you at the time and maybe what's happening in your class and, you know, you may have a particular kid that you're trying to kind of
Yeah, because quite often, I mean, when I first started teaching, you might go on a day workshop, PD, and at the time you're super inspired about it, it's so cool, and you have your workbook, and then you get back to where can you put it.
on your desk or something and then you're just business as usual and you kind of forget about that inspiration.
And so I went through Growth Coaching International and I did my coaching accreditation and it was kind of a combo of that that helped me
combine it with like the love of learning.
And I just wanted to create something aesthetically beautiful, but really useful.
And the coaching questions at the end, they're almost designed to be a little bit confrontational, like as in wary now with this, like realistically, and then they're meant to kind of move you on and
Hopefully, by working through them, you might leave with a little bit of a plan of, like, what's one thing you could do in the next two weeks to help you.
The first issue was really amazing because...
we had a really captive audience because everyone was at home.
Oh yeah, for COVID.
Yeah, it was awesome because it launched us into such an awesome platform.
And then we created, we did quite a few evenings when we launched every issue, which was really fun to kind of get it
from, you know, online into real life.
And we've got really good followers throughout the country.
We'd love to see more teachers pick it up.
