And so she was kind of trying to figure out the best way to do it, going to visit Stonefields when Stonefields was just a new school.

And it was just all about, you know, being innovative.

They do a lot of collaborative teaching there.

Yeah, they do.

Because they were built kind of in the era where they were one of the first fully collaborative schools.

So they would host people to go through.

So I just loved the way she was just determined to give this a go at our school.

And it was her energy that made our principal go, yep, we'll give it a go.

And then our school was deemed unsafe.

Was it leaky?

Yeah, it was leaky.

And so school got pushed over, and then the whole school was rebuilt.

Wow.

Well, that's a silver lining, isn't it?

Yeah.

It was rebuilt as an innovative learning with learning, innovative learning spaces.

But I just admired the way that she was like, let's give this a go, let's give this a go.
