Now, the key to tournaments like this, alongside MLS regular season and a variety of other competitions to play, is depth in the roster.
We're seeing that defensively with all the signings so far, this transfer window, and now in the attack.
Obviously Allende could play differently, and I'll let you guys dive into the starting 11 and what works best tactically.
But I think a move like this not only brings goals, but brings the important depth, which Inter Miami desperately needed.
They haven't quite worked out how many years this would be, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's at least two to three with an option year.
I mean, that's what we saw.
They just announced this morning that Tadeo Allende returns and is on a permanent transfer.
He's with Inter-Miami through the 2030 season with an additional option year.
So Inter-Miami is playing the long game, potentially also looking at a further market if they want to sell these players and also make a profit.
But these aren't short contracts.
And it is an Inter-Miami's benefit to have players like Bertrami at 27 years old for a longer period of time.
