Yeah. Kind of unity mind. Yeah. And then you can tune it in a little clearer, but stay in the less left brain. So some of it's left brain, right brain too, because we're so left brain And left brain is very much about discerning and labeling and even a lot of meditation systems will label and look at that and name that and notice that.

And it's like, well, if you see, the right brain will see everything at once. And so you can have both of them on and drop into actually the third, which is awake mind or heart mind or unity mind, whichever of those. And then left brain and right brain work. as functional tools rather than going to left brain to be safe, yeah.

Yeah, I mean, the one recent story is that I got, so during the pandemic, I got COVID and then I got long COVID. And both my wife, Paige, and I and my sister got it at the same time. And they each had it for about six months. And I had it for about a year and a half long COVID. And so it was like my body was like 100 years old. It wasn't when I got up, it wouldn't fire.

But there started to be almost a trust thing. of this heart mind that isn't using self-referencing all the time. And so when the body and the mind were, they weren't in pain, you know, that was the good thing. It wasn't pain. It was just almost like a disability. It was like a less strength, a less coordination, less firing of things.
