Yeah, and just one more thing about that is that there's what I call effortless focus, which is basically when you open, again, I won't do this glimpse because it's visual, because it makes you open your awareness up. But when you open to be aware from a more awareness-based rather than thought-based knowing that's embodied and has a feeling of unity, you are no longer using attention to focus.

You're using local awareness, which is part of the field. So you're literally focusing from this mind, which isn't moving. So I had or have some ADHD as a kid. So I just don't use the ADHD mind. And if the ADHD mind comes up and goes like, I want to help. It's like, you don't have to help with this. You can help with some other stuff later on. Okay, good. I'll go play. Absolutely.

You can be aware of that as an object.
