uh john smith not his real name let's be clear he's talking about baiting wolves in causing intentional conflict is what i said to get a depredation claim on on yes cattle john smith not his real name is who i assume your source is as he's the one who started that rumor did a site evaluation on the ranch that he accused of baiting prior to those accusations and said they were taking all necessary steps to avoid conflict he later changed his opinion when he was unable to reduce conflict
as he was hired by the state to do so.
