I could not have predicted that.
I did not see that coming the way it did.
But I'm always leery of a team that hops out hot like that and goes into halftime โ
you just it's human nature man you can come out and you can just really think that this one is going to be in the bag and that you're going to go back um you know like that they're going to fold the tent and and you're going to it's just going to be over and i feel like they did that a little bit and if you're orlando you just missed a golden opportunity you really up because going back to detroit um you know i thought orlando had a real opportunity to win this series uh i said that
early in the series, and now I'm pretty sure Detroit's going to handle their business in game seven.
Well, I mean,
I mean, some of that's fair.
He's 23 years old, though.
Like, he's a baby, you know?
Like, he's 23 years old.
He, for most of the series, has been pretty good.
Like, he's been really tough to handle at times.
He played poorly tonight.
And it's fair when you are the guy for a team and you don't deliver in those moments for criticism to come your way.
You guys have talked about it.
I've talked at lengths about when we get into series like that as teams, you need your stars to be stars and to play like that.
So that's all fair.
But I would just say, I think at 23 years old, there are steps in your evolution as a player.
And
every great has gone through them I don't know what his ceiling is I don't know where he winds up in in the conversation of of greats but I mean just in terms of his evolution as a star um there are steps that people take to get there so I'm gonna kind of reserve judgment on that I'm not gonna throw him squarely under the bus although he did not play well tonight and you know if
