I loved to fight games, you know.

Bruce Lee movies influenced me a lot, as it happened to a lot of many young guys, you know, back then.

So, yeah, the kung fu and martial art appeal to me more than boxing, yeah.

You can't beat Fist of Fury, you know.

You know, one kung fu guy beat up all these 30 karate guys, you know.

Actually, I didn't.

I wanted to be a musician, believe it or not.

Yeah.

I played rugby more.

Then I broke my collarbone playing rugby, and I would just walk around in town, and I saw the Liga gym at Elper Street.

They used to train at Elper Street.

And I walk in to check it out.

My collarbone was, I think it was about three, four, yeah, about two or three weeks, you know.

So it was good, but it wasn't good enough to tackle.

So I woke up and I saw the sign, went and had a look and,

Saw this small Chinese guy, just like in a movie, you know, like walking around with his arm behind his back while everybody was punching and kicking.

Yeah.
