My mother, my sister, my other sister, and my uh and my grandmother, okay?

I was one of the last males on that side of my family.

And I remember having to support my my literally having to support my mom and my grandmother as they grieved or my aunt as they grieved over this this this this man, this this myth, this legend, this pastor for the city.

And I remember uh for some reason the musician decided to play total praise.

When we were closing the casket.

And it was beautiful.

My wife was there.

It was beautiful.

And they sang, Amen, Amen, Amen.

And it was beautiful.

And I remember being the one to close the casket as they were singing that song.

I close the casket.

They crescendo with the loudest amen ever.

And that was the first time I broke down and cried.

I hugged my wife as hard as I've ever hugged her before.

Because I was broken.

And every December 21st, it comes around.

I remember that day.

Every time I hear total praise, I don't care where I am.

I don't care what's going on, the minute I hear that song.
