It's a public security issue.
It's very hard to do that.
You're consumed by a Whitehall machine that wants you to make decisions, to resolve disputes within departments, as you say, with defence, all sorts of things.
You've got to travel abroad, which isn't the kind of travel that I suspect Andy would prefer.

So it's incredibly tough to fight for the time to be yourself if that's your brand and if that's where you get your ideas and your energy from.
It's going to be really tough for him to do that.

There's this cafe in the basement.
I don't know if you've ever used it.
They definitely deserve better coffee and food.
It's a first world problem if you're a special advisor to the Prime Minister, I admit.
But it's very difficult to get food.
You see, when you're on TV, people standing outside, when you're doing a shot outside Number 10, you see all these people going in and out of the front door.
I bet you 90% of them are just going for a sandwich and they have to walk a quarter of a mile to get one.
So that's my big complaint about the British state is there's not enough food options in Number 10, but...
