And it's cool.

And any equity that's in the property.

And I was like, this is a good deal.

And his lawyer as well was a bit like, John, why are you doing this?

So then that was it.

So I remember I expressly told him that when I bought my old flat with my ex-boyfriend, that that was my dream road.
