He's going to want to know the basics of this before he makes a decision.

There's probably many, many victim impact statements, and he might not remember everyone.
We need a court reporter for that moment or a sketch artist better.

The government can move post-sentencing and say that this person substantially assisted in an investigation and needs to have a reduction in sentence, gets kicked back to the sentencing judge.
Sentencing judge then, they resentence to a reduction.
