Um I like to do like a ratatouille base, so it's uh at this time of the year there's loads of corgettes around.
So you got tomatoes, maybe aubergine, corgette and onion.
um and you can add a little bit a little bit of spice and roast them off and then add that to a pot with some tomato sauce and that's really delicious as a side.
And if the kids aren't keen on seeing the veggies in there you can blend that so and use it as a sauce as well, even to add to pasta.
So um other ways to use the air fryer I you know for chicken and lean meats um also fish really good really quick.
You can cook a piece of salmon
in like maybe five minutes.
Um so very handy, really economical as well.
Love the slow cooker, yeah.
I have all the gadgets.
Um again, cost saving and convenient and of course energy efficient.
We're all watching our bills.
Especially this time of year you money's going out left, right, and centre with the back to school activities.
So um yeah, with the slow cooker again
It's cheaper cuts of meat.
Um I would use a lot of add a lot of beef to it and I would recommend browning the beef and browning the onions first.
If you're if you're looking at the thing, you're not going to
flavour as well.
