And that's fine to put in the lunch box in the morning.
If it's something like a quiche or a sausage roll, take it out of the freezer the night before, uh depend making sure that it's already cooked.
If it's not cooked you'll need to cook it like a sausero.
But let's say a mini quiche that's pre cooked.
So defrost it in the fridge overnight 'cause that's got a high risk product.
And then put it in the lunchbox in and use the cool bags around the lunch boxes.
They're brilliant.

Well, the thing is they're hungry.
They're hungry between meals and they're growing bodies.
So I think a few snacks in between aren't going to do too much damage, hopefully.
Yeah, so, well, I'm going to suggest a couple that could be, that they could have for breakfast as well.
And probably the first one would be more of a breakfast treat.
So I make chia, chocolate chia puddings.
So chia seeds are great.
