But, yeah, for sure in the NHL, Marty, you know, he used to like to drag you into deep water, as we say.

You know, he wanted it to go long, fatigue you, and then that's where because he was in such great condition.

I mean, he just never quit.

I mean, he had a couple.

If you look over his top ten fights,

which I'm not even close to one of those ones.

I mean, he had like, you know, I don't know, eight, nine fights that went over two minutes.

Well, that's one of them for sure, but he had a couple.

He had some long, long fights, but...

I gained a lot of respect for Marty.

You know, I did an event with him and Kevin McClellan earlier this year.

And I'll tell you, I went to do some research just to find some fights and go through it.

And I started going down the rabbit hole of watching his fights.

And I used to always thought that I, I don't know why I had this opinion in my head, but I always felt I should have done better against Marty.

I didn't feel like he was like a knockout guy.

Like he hit you hard.

Don't get me wrong.

I've got,

some crowns in the bottom of my teeth to prove it he shattered a few of my molars the one time he hit me in a neutral site game in sacramento i believe caught me with a good right hand but i uh you know what he fought everybody that came through the ranks uh he did well against everybody there wasn't there was only one guy maybe donald brush here at the end of his career excuse me that had his number a little bit

just the way he fought.
