What about Peter Labulette?
Peter Labulette's the other guy.
You know, Jack Michaels and I talked today, and his name came up.
And there's another guy that's won, a veteran coach, has been in different organizations, and he usually has a tendency to stick around for a while, too, right?
So he's been a guy that's been on different teams, and I've covered his teams in the playoffs multiple times.
He has a template and a game plan, and he's pretty good at getting his guys to buy in.
So that, again, is what I think is the most important factor for me, an ingredient for a coach coming into this environment, is to get this group of players.
And there'll be some changes, obviously, to the team that's going to ice for the game number one next year.
But essentially, it's going to be relatively the same.
You're going to have the same core.
You're going to have most of the same players.
Can you get them to buy in?
That's the key.
And that's why I think you're saying and people are saying, and I agree with it, a veteran presence coach that comes in and understands how to put a template out there and then demand the most out of each player individually.
Well, you know what?
Carolina's looking pretty good in the East, I'll tell you.
They've got a really good thing going.
They're at three conference finals in four years.
