I mean, they should be excited about it.

Well, I think they're critical.

And I think especially when you have the type of players that Edmonton has, you would be foolish to not bring them into the mix and have them have a say in it.

And quite frankly, if they're taking a little more ownership on it, which it sounds like they have, and that's kind of how this, to me anyway, the perception of this hiring is gone, they're all on board.

Mike Babcock's getting an opportunity here, and there's no question.
