But th the training, the equipping, the readiness levels for all of those forces that are under Cooper's command, those come from the Army and the Navy.
And though it is those senior secretaries, it is those military officers who are in charge of those services.
Their job is to make sure that there are enough sailors, enough soldiers, uh enough airmen available for the combatant commanders.
