Suddenly uh Barb sensed the real estate agent in the doorway behind her and turned to face him.
The agent asked who she was talking with, and when Barb turned back to point out the owner, he was gone.
The agent stared at her wide eyed as she explained that the owner had told her the electrical outlets were higher on the walls so he could reach them in his wheelchair.
She says I told the real estate agent the man's name and what we talked about.
He grabbed my arm and pulled me out of the house and said firmly, Don't ever do that again.
Apparently the person Barb had described and all the details from their conversation were accurate.
The only problem was the owner had died six months prior and it was his family who had put the house on the market.
