I mean that that's been my experience.

My husband has actually talked some people down.

he's he's had this since he was so young that he you know, it it it's almost beyond his memory.

But um there are people who suddenly realize

you know, in mid life or, you know, that oh my, I have this ability and it's frightening.

Yeah.

Because they don't know how to control it.

Um, you know, it's not like something natural that they grew up with.

It it might have been there but they weren't recognizing it.

So more often than not I I unless somebody was

has that in their belief system i it it can be pretty scary.

You know, I mean that's really one of the big problems.

So he he listens.

And then uh when he's finished listening he he says, Okay, fine.

There's nothing to worry about.

Um, you know, you can protect yourself and you can draw boundaries.

You have the right to say when you're you know, when you will receive

Um and you know, it will be respected.

You just have to make it clear.
