I I like that you mentioned that new um neurodegenerative degenerative diseases because that seems that's hard it's a really hard word to say.
People seem to attach inflammation to that, uh, all the time.
And that's sort of it's almost too panicky, isn't it?

What else can you do?
Yeah.
Yeah, that's so interesting 'cause y we do think about joints in particular 'cause of the things that give us a bit of jab or muscles or whatever.
Um, or stiffness or arthritis or whatever.
But I I actually hadn't thought of course if my knees rough, you know, or whatever and and it is partly to do with aging, then my immune system, like literally all of us is aging at the same time.
Everything falls down.
