And it looks at the prefrontal cortex and how do we engage it?
And one of the ways that we can engage it is to first of all have a pause and then to ask it to engage.
So they looked at people.
It's so funny some of these studies they do because they can't always replicate in
into the real world.
But this one, I swear to you, this replicates Rob.
It is such a winner.
If you can say prefrontal cortex come online now, then you start to think more logically.
Simple, isn't it?
Here's the problem.
That's why the pause, yes, that's where the pause comes into play.
We have to have that ability to step out and to be an observer first.
Yeah.

I like that.
I think that a lot of what we're trying to do here is to be able to have that logical part engaged.
But something that can combat that is decision fatigue, where we're presented with too many choices or it's later in the day and there are too many things that we've already had crammed into our brain that we needed to make decisions on, even if it's not related to the markets.
