Is there a bird cheeping?
What's that doing to our decision making?
So to minimize that, I think is really important.

Look, most people would consider that I'm an extrovert and I do turn to people for energy.
But if I'm under pressure or under stress, I'm definitely an introvert.
I'm one of those people that they're an ambivert.
So in some situations I show extroversion.
In other situations I show introversion.
But I'm definitely the type of person, if I'm overstimulated, I will crash.
