It just seems to be a pattern, right?
But then also if you've been newly diagnosed, medication will be new to you full stop.
And I'll never forget the walk we had when you had that revelation, when you said...
Oh, this is a roller coaster.
This isn't linear.
I'm now learning about the peaks and troughs.
And that changed everything, I think.
But again, it goes back to the importance of the diagnosis too, because then you are not masking and pretending to be everything all the time and be perfect and, you know, always...
There's every likelihood, too, that they may have peers who have ADHD or are on spectrum of some description.
And therefore, it's not even always new language for them.
Oh, mate, I still throw the cancer card in there occasionally.
And then, of course, yeah, as you say, raising children...
coming across a challenge that you can't fix, embarking on this amazing journey of teaching us all about ADHD and that there is no such thing as normal.
It was a huge gift to people.
And meanwhile, you were burning out.
So that's good.
