Well, you're welcome.
A lot of other people feel the same, right?
The next evolution of this journey, I suppose, was, and I'm sure there was a lot in between, I'm not discounting that, but your incredible 2016 documentary Embrace.
It was hugely successful.
I found it essential viewing so many women being completely honest and vulnerable.
Was it the intention to give these stories a platform or was it to move the needle or did you not really know what effect it was going to have?
You mentioned earlier that the Embrace was a decade ago now and about Photoshop and magazines and things.
I watched it again recently to refresh myself and I watched it actually with my 17-year-old son.
And we both had tears in our eyes when you speak to people on the street and they describe their bodies as disgusting.
I think those pressures, despite everything we've just discussed and how simple it should be, those pressures still exist.
And if we do go into that world of the weight loss drugs and things, does it worry that, you know, there is that option to be skinny?
We have to take it, you know, with all the pressures that go along with being thin or perfect?
That is a question I try and ask myself and I tell others to try and ask themselves quite frequently is, would you talk about a friend like that?
It sounds kind of naff, but it's true.
Would I say to Francesca what I'm telling myself sometimes about my own body?
No, I'm just trying to have a think whether she does or not.
You know I don't.
I was just thinking about maybe I care a little bit too, you know, not enough.
I went from a run in the hills the other day with you straight to the mall and I didn't give it any thought until I got back in the car and looked in the rearview mirror and went, oh, sorry about that, everyone.
But I genuinely don't really care.
