You know, what is it about our culture that makes body acceptance something we have to learn?
And I guess by extension, teach the young women in our lives.
I was thinking about that earlier, actually, about the messaging around, even with the weight loss drugs, they're really clever at working in that health angle, and for some people that is really important, but not for the entire population, right?
And the other thing I just thought about then was you're talking about a stable weight.
And I think it's taken me, oh gosh, from probably 48 to what I am 54 now to go, oh, I probably won't be 65 kilos again unless I do something that I don't want to do to be there.
And my new stable weight is 72 kilos.
And it doesn't hold me back from doing anything.
You know, those extra few kilos don't make a damn bit of difference.
In fact, they're probably quite helpful sometimes.
I sometimes think if you could bottle that, because I have had a very life-changing experience and it was around 2016 with breast cancer and I often think, looked around after that at people who were complaining about stuff and I was like, I wish you could just bottle that feeling without having to go through the traumatic event.
Do you know what I mean?
Going back to the Embrace documentary, Taryn, what I did love about that, that it wasn't just about shape and size.
It was everything, including our vulvas, which I must have missed that conversation because I didn't know...
It just wasn't something I was exposed to or thought about when I was going through puberty or starting my sexual relationship.
Yeah, and that's the point.
We need to think about it for the next generation.
Taryn, you've just been incredible.

Just one last thing I wanted to ask you.
As a lover of nature, we are also lovers of nature and hiking in it and soaking it in.
