I was like, okay, well, that's just too complicated.

So I quite like the bad day because the bad day stops me getting worked up about something.
And it could be you need to take a moment and go, okay, am I tired?
Am I stressed?
What's going on?
Why am I reacting this way?
There's also that saying, you know, never take criticism from someone you wouldn't take advice from.
And this comes back to what you're talking about, the person who's delivering it.
And I think that that's a nice saying to have, but I don't know if it's quite that easy.
It's a nice saying to have in the back of your mind.
But then what if that criticism comes from someone that you would take advice from?
Well, there is a bit of that, obviously, but yeah.
Just ever so briefly when they realise that they have to do their own washing and cooking and cleaning up and they are actually responsible for themselves, then there's a little bit of gratitude comes your way, doesn't it?
I find negative criticism or constructive criticism or a negative comment, I find they really only sting when there's an ounce of truth to it.
You know, so for me, it's about being able to go, okay, oh, that's just sitting with me.
It's really niggling.
Oh, I'm still thinking about that a few days later.
