And in my experience, a lot of people are very disconnected to their emotions and the kinesthetic, what that is in the body.

People say, I want more confidence, but they don't actually know what that feels like.

They talk about outcomes.

That's what happens when you are confident, what happens to you in your body.

And it takes training to educate people.

It seems that kinesthetic is a talent of mine.

It's something that I've always been able to be connected with.

And I find that fascinating.

It's just like you're a natural singer, although trained.

We have different gifts that we help people do the same thing.
